This page explains what happens to information about people who visit uonologin.com. It’s short on purpose — nothing is sold here, no payment is taken on this site, and there’s no account to create on this site itself.
The part that matters most here
uonologin.com is an independently run guide to logging into the Yono Rummy Android app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Yono Rummy, is not affiliated with State Bank of India or its YONO banking app, and it is not a customer support channel for either.
That has one direct privacy consequence, so it goes first: this site holds no player accounts and has no access to any. We can’t see your in-app balance, transaction history, KYC documents, or login records — there’s no part of this site that would ever need them.
We will never ask you for a password, a verification code, a UPI PIN, or a screenshot of an app balance. No legitimate contact from us ever would. If a message claiming to be from uonologin.com asks for any of those, it isn’t us.

These details are for site enquiries — corrections, feedback, data requests. They’re not app customer care and can’t resolve an account or login issue. The one remaining pending row (operator legal name) gets filled in once confirmed, not left blank indefinitely — until then, email and the address/phone above are the working contact channels.
What we collect
Information you send us
If you email [email protected], we receive whatever’s in that message — your address, your name if you sign it, the content itself. We use it only to reply.
Please don’t send account details, ID documents, or payment references to this address. We can’t act on them, and we’d rather not hold them. If you send them anyway, we delete them.
There’s no contact form, no registration, and no account system on this site. That’s deliberate: a form is an invitation to paste account details into it, and a site whose whole subject is “logging in” is exactly the kind of place that invitation shouldn’t exist.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting generates server logs — typically the requesting IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, and basic browser/device information. These keep the site running, secure, and diagnosable when something breaks.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages get read and how visitors arrive at them, including a heatmap of on-page behaviour. This produces aggregate statistics — page views, rough location, device type, traffic source — and isn’t used to identify individuals.
What we don’t collect
No payment details (nothing is sold on this site), no government ID documents, and nothing knowingly from anyone under 18.

Following any external link — the app’s own download destination, an authority reference, or otherwise — takes you off uonologin.com and into a service with its own privacy practices, which we don’t control and aren’t responsible for. It’s worth reading the destination’s own privacy policy before registering, and especially before uploading any identity document to it.
Third parties that may process data connected to this site include our hosting provider and our analytics providers (GA4, Microsoft Clarity).

The named-officer row is the one piece still outstanding — email and the address/phone above already work as a grievance channel in the meantime, and the row gets filled in once a specific person is designated rather than left to drift unanswered.
